Beloved Community,
As we enter the month of June, we turn our attention to a simple yet profound statement from The Way of the Heart, Lesson 6: Love Heals all Things.
At first glance, the mind may resist such an absolute claim. The ego may question it. It may dismiss it as naïve, sentimental, or impractical. After all, we live in a world that often teaches us that power comes through force, control, struggle, or certainty.
Yet every great spiritual tradition points us in another direction.
Love heals.
Not because love changes the circumstances of our lives overnight, but because love changes us. Love restores us to the awareness of what has always been true: that beneath every fear, every wound, every separation, we remain whole.
Healing is not merely fixing a problem. Healing is a return to wholeness. It is the remembrance that nothing essential is missing, broken, or lacking in us. It is the awakening to the Presence of God that has never left us.
The world teaches us to seek solutions outside ourselves. Spirit gently reminds us that the Source of every solution lies within. As within, so without. As above, so below. Love heals because love returns us to the awareness of our innate wholeness. When we align ourselves with Divine Love our outer experience begins to reflect that inner alignment.
This month, we will explore what it means to live from the understanding that love embraces all things, allows all things, trusts all things, and ultimately transcends all things. We will discover that true mastery requires fearlessness—not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move through it. We will remember that our feelings are not obstacles to awakening; they are often the doorway through which love enters and freedom emerges.
June also gives us the opportunity to celebrate the fathers, mentors, and masculine expressions of love that have shaped our lives. We are thrilled to welcome the extraordinary Eddie Watkins Jr. as our musical guest and the inspiring Ester Nicholson as our guest speaker this month. Their gifts will enrich our journey and deepen our exploration of healing through love.
Most of all, I invite you to show up—to the teachings, to the music, to the conversations, to the community, and most importantly, to yourself.
There is a party happening in Spirit, and you belong there.
