Where is Your Heart Leading You?

March 18, 2026

During this sacred season of Lent, we are invited into a deeper awareness—not simply of sacrifice. I remember giving up chocolate as a kid! Metaphysically, Lent is not about giving something up in lack, but about releasing what no longer serves our highest good and making space for renewal. It is a time to gently and courageously ask: What am I ready to become?

In The Way of Mastery, we are reminded, “What you choose to value, you will experience.” This season calls us to value love over fear, presence over distraction, and unity over separation. Each moment becomes an opportunity to align with the truth of who we are. Remember, you get what you focus your energy on!

I have been so deeply moved by the way our YFM program members have been showing up. Our youth and families have been actively supporting one another—filling in for each other, finding solutions, and creating a culture where no one feels alone. This is what living in spiritual community looks like. It is not just an idea; it is a practice of care, compassion, and connection.

Sacred service is at the heart of that practice. When we serve, we remember that we belong to something greater than ourselves. Service is not obligation—it is an expression of love in action.

I encourage each of you to listen inwardly: where is your heart being called? Whether it is greeting, youth support, hospitality, set up team, or outreach—there is a place for you here. Say yes to that nudge. Say yes to being part of something meaningful.

We are also excited to announce that our upcoming membership class will be held soon. I truly cannot wait to see a room filled with new faces, open hearts, and those ready to deepen their connection with this spiritual home. If you have been considering membership, this is your moment. Stay tuned for that information during the announcements.

And finally, I ask you to help us grow this beautiful community. Spread the word. Share your experience. Invite someone who may be searching. Unity Renaissance is more than a center—it is a place of awakening, belonging, and transformation. There are so many who need to hear that they are not alone and that a spiritual home like this exists.

Let us walk this Lenten journey together—with intention, with love, and with a willingness to be transformed.

With gratitude, great anticipation, and love,
